Async Energy Support & Reflection

Self Compassion LLC

 

This policy applies to Async Energy Support & Reflection memberships including Async Energy Support. Separate policies apply to other services offered by Self Compassion LLC.

 

Nature of Service: Async Energy Support & Reflection is a non-clinical, non-medical, and non-therapeutic service. Services are provided as energetic and spiritual support only and do not include diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, or clinical care. Energetic work is performed remotely without a live session and followed by a short written reflection.

 

Billing & Membership Cycle: Memberships operate on a rolling 30-day billing cycle beginning on the date of enrollment and automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled prior to renewal. Requests reset each cycle, are not billed by calendar month, and do not roll over.

 

Request Fulfillment: Requests may be fulfilled Monday–Sunday, based on availability. Each request includes up to 30 minutes of remote energetic work and a written reflection. Requests are completed within 1–3 business days. No phone calls, video sessions, or live interaction are included. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

 

No Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds are provided for unused requests, partial use, early cancellation, delayed use, dissatisfaction with subjective experience, or perceived outcomes. Energetic work is subjective and results are not guaranteed. This applies to both memberships and single sessions.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes: By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a dispute, documentation of service delivery and this policy will be submitted to the payment processor. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the client, and access to current and future services will be terminated. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued as permitted by law.

 

Scope & Boundaries: This service does not include crisis or emergency support, medical or mental health treatment, nervous system regulation services, real-time communication, or guaranteed results. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, or emergency care when needed.

 

Termination: Self Compassion LLC may refuse service or terminate access for policy violations, misuse, or non-compliance. No refunds will be issued in cases of termination.

 

Agreement: By enrolling or purchasing, you confirm you have read and agree to this policy and understand the non-clinical nature of the service.

Async Nervous System Reflection Prompts

Self Compassion LLC

 

Nature of the Service: Async Nervous System Reflection Prompts is a virtual, non-clinical, non-medical, and non-therapeutic offering. This service provides brief, structured reflection prompts designed to support nervous system awareness, grounding, and self-guided integration.

 

This service does not provide psychotherapy, medical care, chiropractic care, diagnosis, treatment, nervous system regulation services, crisis support, or individualized clinical guidance.

 

How the Service Is Delivered:

• Prompts are delivered via email only

• Delivery occurs Monday–Friday (EST)

• Prompts are one-way and informational

• Messages are not monitored and will not receive a response

• No live interaction, messaging, appointments, or conversation are included

 

Membership Access & Billing:

 

• This plan operates on a recurring monthly billing cycle beginning on the date of enrollment.

• Access begins immediately upon enrollment

• Prompts are delivered while the membership is active

• Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date

 

Cancellations:

 

• Memberships may be canceled at any time

• Upon cancellation, access to future prompts ends at the close of the current billing cycle

• No refunds are provided for partial months, unused access, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction with subjective experience

 

No Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused access, partial use, early cancellation, missed emails, failure to engage with prompts, dissatisfaction with content, or perceived outcomes. Reflection prompts are subjective in nature, and results are not guaranteed.
