I combine my clinical training in neuroscience, nervous system work, and body-based healing with my natural intuitive abilities - a capacity to sense what's beneath the surface, to receive information beyond what's spoken, and to access guidance that supports your highest path.

This isn't fortune-telling or predicting the future. It's about:

Tuning into your energy to identify blocks, patterns, or themes you may not consciously see

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION

Every session is live, interactive, and tailored to your needs.

We don't follow a script. I tune in, you share what's present for you, and we work with what emerges.

A session might include:

Intuitive inquiry – I ask questions and receive insights that help you see your situation from a new angle
Energy reading – I tune into your energetic field to identify blocks, patterns, or places where you're out of alignment.
Nervous system work – if you're in fight/flight/freeze, we regulate first so you can access clarity.
Somatic awareness – your body knows things your mind doesn't; we listen to what it's telling you
Spiritual guidance – I may receive messages, symbols, or insights meant specifically for you and your path.
Integration practices – you leave with clarity and tools to stay connected to your own inner knowing.

This is not passive. You're not just receiving information. You're learning to trust your own intuition, reclaim your inner authority, and make decisions from a place of deep alignment.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM MY OTHER OFFERINGS

Neuro-Informed Coaching → Focuses on patterns, nervous system regulation, and rewiring your brain. More cognitive and strategic.

Intuitive Coaching → Incorporates all of the above PLUS intuitive guidance, energy reading, and spiritual support, for clients who want to work at the soul level.

Somatic Healing → Body-focused, trauma release, breathwork, movement. More physical and cathartic.

Energy Healing → Remote, asynchronous clearing work. No live session.

Many clients start with Neuro-Informed Coaching and realize they want the deeper spiritual layer. That's when Intuitive Coaching becomes the right fit.

WHAT I DON'T DO

I want to be clear about what this is and isn't:

WHO I AM (AND WHY I DO THIS WORK)

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced training in neuroscience and nervous system regulation. I'm also deeply intuitive. I always have been. For years, I tried to fit into the "clinical" box. I used my intuition quietly, in the background, without naming it. But, I've come to understand that my intuitive gifts aren't separate from my clinical training. They enhance it. They allow me to see the full picture: mind, body, spirit, energy, nervous system, and soul. I offer Intuitive Coaching because some healing requires more than what science alone can explain. And for the clients who are ready for that deeper work, I'm here.
