The body's energy centers, known as chakras, can become congested or imbalanced through stress, unprocessed emotions, and the demands of daily life. When one or more of these centers is out of flow, it may show up as emotional heaviness, a sense of stagnation, or difficulty moving forward. Chakra Balancing is a gentle, remote energy-based practice designed to assess and support the harmonization of your energy centers. By connecting with your field intuitively, I work to identify which areas may feel blocked or depleted and bring greater flow and alignment throughout your system, supporting your sense of ease, clarity, and wholeness. During your scheduled session time, I will connect with your energy field remotely and channel the energies most aligned with your current needs. Once your session is complete, you will receive a written summary delivered to your email.
