Dr. Jessica Thalhamer

Dr. Jess is a soul science guide and the founder of The BRS Journey (Breathe • Release • Surrender), a mind-body-spirit framework built around one simple truth: your body holds wisdom your mind has yet to fully hear.

With a bachelor's and master's degree in social welfare from Stony Brook University and a doctorate in chiropractic from Life University, her foundation is both deeply clinical and profoundly spiritual. She has spent years studying at the intersection of science and soul, completing advanced training in trauma, anxiety, somatic approaches, polyvagal theory, functional neurology, applied kinesiology, integrative mental wellness, mindfulness, breathwork, QiGong, EFT/Tapping, and Yoga.

She is clinically trained and certified in trauma, anxiety, and mindfulness-informed care, and holds certifications in multiple energy-based and belief-repatterning modalities, including The Emotion Code®, Body Code™, Belief Code®, Reconnective Healing®, and Ho'oponopono practices.

Her work weaves together psychology, somatic awareness, energy healing, and self-compassion into transformational courses, wellness programs, and immersive experiences, all designed to support deeper self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and meaningful personal growth. All offerings are intended for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes and are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

This is not about fixing yourself. It's about remembering who you truly are, and learning to breathe, release, and surrender into that truth.
