Dr. Jessica Thalhamer is a mind-body practitioner, coach, and educator specializing in integrating emotional, physical, and energetic healing. With a unique background spanning clinical psychology, chiropractic care, and integrative wellness, she brings a multidimensional approach to personal transformation, bridging science, somatics, and spirituality.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds the story, the nervous system holds the patterns, and true healing occurs when we address both the conscious and subconscious layers of the self.
Dr. Jessica is also the creator of The BRS Journey™ (Breathe • Release • Surrender), a proprietary mind-body framework designed to help individuals regulate their nervous system, release stored emotional patterns, and reconnect with their most authentic self. This method integrates somatic work, mindset reprogramming, and energy-based practices to create lasting transformation beyond traditional approaches.
Dr. Jessica holds advanced training as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker across multiple states and as a Doctor of Chiropractic in New York. Through her professional journey, she has completed over 60 advanced trainings in trauma, anxiety, somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and integrative mental health.
In addition to her clinical foundation, she is certified in multiple energy-based and belief-repatterning modalities, including The Emotion Code®, Body Code™, and Belief Code®, along with Reconnective Healing®. Her work blends evidence-informed principles with intuitive insight, creating a deeply personalized and expansive healing experience.
